It’s “Your Majesty”, the first time. After that, ‘Ma’am’, as in ham, not ‘Ma’am’ as in palm.

Elizabeth: You know she calls me the fat Scottish cook.
Bertie: You’re not fat.
Elizabeth: I’m getting plump.
Bertie: Well, you seldom cook.

This was honestly one of my favorite moments in the whole film. So sweet, so genuine.
